Prior to UIMF he had worked with top private banks of India- ICICI Bank, HDFCBank, AXIS Bank, ESAF Bank. He is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of creating a strong and compliant sales culture at UIMF to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development while keeping microfinance at heart. He holds an MCA degree from AKG Engineering College Ghaziabad.

An innovative & result-orientated person. With great leadership and business skills, he effectively manages, guides, and supervises a diversified team. He excels at strategic planning and is open to novel ways of doing things.
He brings over 13 years of expertise in working with a variety of cross-functional teams. A competent professional with experience in: Business Development, Micro-Finance, Banking, Project and administering things relating to recruitment, training, and staffing.
He has previously teamed with Navodit Foundation as DivisionalManager. He has worked with Indi trade Microfinance Ltd as Divisional Manager, He started his career as a Trainee Credit Officer at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. He is a graduate from the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, (DDU).
